Rail Operations Sample Clauses
The Rail Operations clause defines the rules and responsibilities governing the use, management, and maintenance of rail infrastructure and services within an agreement. It typically outlines procedures for scheduling train movements, safety protocols, and the allocation of operational duties between parties, such as who is responsible for track maintenance or train dispatching. By clearly delineating these operational aspects, the clause ensures efficient and safe rail service, minimizes disputes, and allocates operational risks between the involved parties.
