Common use of QUARTERLY MATCH Clause in Contracts

QUARTERLY MATCH. The EMPG agreement has a requirement of 50% Federal share and 50% Sub-Recipients share of the total award amount. Unless otherwise authorized by law, Federal funds cannot be matched with other Federal funds. To meet matching requirements, the Sub-Recipient contributions must be reasonable, allowable, allocable, and necessary under the grant program and must comply with all Federal requirements and regulations. Note: An Interim Final Rule indicates that Treasury’s ARPA funding is being treated as a grant, and as such cannot be used for cost share purposes. Other Restrictions on Use Payments from the Fiscal Recovery Funds are also subject to pre-existing limitations provided in other Federal statutes and regulations and may not be used as non-Federal match for other Federal programs whose statute or regulations bar the use of Federal funds to meet matching requirements. In order to demonstrate successful completion of task 1 for quarter 1-4, the Recipient must submit the following items in the Division’s Salesforce system:
