Match. The Grantee will ensure any local match requirement will be provided as stated in Xxxxxxx’s approved work plan.
Match. The Grantee is required to provide $ in match for this Project. Cash match will be applied based on a percentage basis unless otherwise specified in the budget in Appendix C. In-kind match will be applied based on the budget in Appendix C.
Match. SUBRECIPIENT shall make a cash and/or in-kind match from non-Dispute Resolution Program fund sources in an amount equal or more than fifty (50) percent of the total amount of Dispute Resolution Program costs pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 470.2, as specified in Attachment “C” Budget.
Match. If this Agreement is made pursuant to a grant award as authorized by Rule 68-1.003, F.A.C., the Recipient is not required to contribute non-federal match towards this Agreement. If applicable, details regarding specific match requirements are included in Attachment A.
Match. Throughout the period of performance for this Agreement, the Sub-Recipient shall use non- Federal funds to match dollar for dollar all funds provided under this Agreement. Proposed Match Plan (Form 3) is due with the signed agreement and will be used to compare with the match portion of your close out report. If your proposed match plan changes, an update shall be provided. NOTE: If the federal obligation exceeds EMPA then you need to identify the other non- federal match. In the space provided on the form, provide a narrative description on how you plan to meet the dollar for dollar match requirement. Deliverables (due each quarter): Quarterly Match Form (Form 3A); and, Receipts, expense reports, or similar pieces of documentation that demonstrate Sub- Recipient expenditures at least equal to the amount of reimbursement requested for that quarter.
Match. 1.1. Grantee certifies that it (a) meets the requirements of this agreement and (b) has at least 20 percent of its support (including in-kind contributions) from sources other than federal funds for the program described in the attached exhibits. Therefore, one dollar in cash or in-kind match is required for each four dollars of federal funding received.
Match. In the event the Board has made available matching funds for donations, Endowed Donor Advised Funds may be eligible for a match providing the agreement is written to restrict beneficiaries to those that will provide a substantial benefit to residents of Harrison County, within the sole discretion of the Board of Directors. Endowed Donor Advised Funds will not be eligible for a match if the Founding Contributor wishes to maintain the flexibility to grant to beneficiaries that may not provide a substantial benefit to residents of Harrison County, as determined within the sole discretion of the Board of Directors. Once the agreement has been accepted and approved by the Board, neither the Founding Contributor, nor persons/committee appointed by the Founding Contributor may request a change in the agreement with regard to beneficiaries and match eligibility.
Match. As provided by the CARES Act, ESG-CV funds are not subject to the match requirements that otherwise apply to the Emergency Solutions Grants program.

Deliverables (due each quarter): • Provide Quarterly Match Form 3A to identify the non-federal match amount; • Supporting documentation is required if the federal obligation exceeds the EMPA award amount or using local funds to satisfy the match requirement. If using EMPA as match no additional supporting documentation is required. Supporting documentation must include invoices, receipts, paystubs, earning statements, cancelled checks, credit card statements, bank statements for proof of payment at least equal to the amount of reimbursement requested for that quarter.
