Match. If this Agreement is made pursuant to a grant award as authorized by Rule 68-1.003, F.A.C., the Recipient is not required to contribute non-federal match towards this Agreement. If applicable, details regarding specific match requirements are included in Attachment A.
Match. 1.1. Grantee certifies that it (a) meets the requirements of this agreement and (b) has at least 20 percent of its support (including in-kind contributions) from sources other than federal funds for the program described in the attached exhibits. Therefore, one dollar in cash or in-kind match is required for each four dollars of federal funding received.
1.2. Failure of Grantee to apply non-federal financial support to the program described in the attached exhibits in the amount of at least 20 percent of such program’s costs, shall result in a proportionate reduction in the amount of federal funds awarded under this agreement and may result in the return of funds already awarded. To meet this matching funds requirement, Grantee shall apply non- federal financial support to the program, as described in the Budget.
Match. The Grantee is required to provide $ in match for this Project. Cash match will be applied based on a percentage basis unless otherwise specified in the budget in Appendix C. In-kind match will be applied based on the budget in Appendix C.
Match. The Grantee will ensure any local match requirement will be provided as stated in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s approved work plan.
Match. Throughout the period of performance for this Agreement, the Sub-Recipient shall use non- Federal funds to match dollar for dollar all funds provided under this Agreement. • Provide Quarterly Match Form 3A to identify the non-federal match amount; • Supporting documentation is required if the federal obligation exceeds the EMPA award amount or using local funds to satisfy the match requirement. If using EMPA as match no additional supporting documentation is required. Supporting documentation must include invoices, receipts, paystubs, earning statements, cancelled checks, credit card statements, bank statements for proof of payment at least equal to the amount of reimbursement requested for that quarter.

The Grant Recipient shall match the amount of the Façade Grant dollar for dollar in cash or cash equivalent and Grant Recipient agrees that such match shall not include any in-kind donations, “sweat equity” contributions, or costs and expenses incurred or paid in connection with any Non-Eligible Reimbursements;
Match. SUBRECIPIENT shall make a cash and/or in-kind match from non-Dispute Resolution Program fund sources in an amount equal or more than fifty (50) percent of the total amount of Dispute Resolution Program costs pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 470.2, as specified in Attachment “C” Budget.
