Common use of QUALITY OF CARE Clause in Contracts

QUALITY OF CARE. (a) The SUDRF shall assure that any and all eligible beneficiaries receive substance use treatment that complies with the standards in Article 3.3, above, and the TRICARE/CHAMPUS Standards for Inpatient Rehabilitation and Partial Hospitalization for the Treatment of Substance Use Disorders.

QUALITY OF CARE. (a) The SUDRF shall assure that any and all eligible beneficiaries receive substance use treatment that complies with the standards in Article 3.3, above, and the TRICARE/CHAMPUS Standards for Inpatient Rehabilitation and Partial Hospitalization for the Treatment of Substance Use Disorders.

QUALITY OF CARE. (c) The SUDRF shall not discriminate against TRICARE beneficiaries in any manner including admission practices, aboveplacement in special or separate wings or rooms, and the TRICARE/CHAMPUS Standards for Inpatient Rehabilitation and Partial Hospitalization for the Treatment or provisions of Substance Use Disordersspecial or limited treatment.
