Common use of Quality Improvement Clause in Contracts

Quality Improvement. 14.1 CONTRACTOR shall maintain a COUNTY-approved written Quality Improvement Plan, which shall meet COUNTY and California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) guidelines for such a program.
