Common use of Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance Clause in Contracts

Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance. Resident shall cooperate and comply with any and all quality assurance, corporate compliance and related programs implemented by KMC. By executing this Agreement, Resident represents and warrants the following: (a) Resident has not been convicted of a criminal offense related to healthcare (unless Resident has been officially reinstated into the federal healthcare programs by the Office of Inspector General and provided proof of such reinstatement to County and KMC); (b) Resident is not currently under sanction, exclusion or investigation (civil or criminal) by any federal or state enforcement, regulatory, administrative or licensing agency or ineligible for federal or state program participation; or (c) Resident is not currently listed on the General Services Administration list of parties excluded from federal procurement and non-procurement programs.
