Qualified Evaluators Sample Clauses
Qualified Evaluators. The Superintendent or designee shall provide to the Union a list of approved evaluators for classroom teachers prior to the beginning of the school year. Evaluators shall be trained in the standards for evaluation, and have their training updated every 3 years or whenever the standards and criteria are updated.
Qualified Evaluators. Those administrators actively employed by the district, who are qualified under the Illinois School Code Section 24A-3 to evaluate teachers. In no case can a member of the bargaining unit evaluate another bargaining unit member .Teachers shall be evaluated by the Superintendent of Schools and/or such other administrators as the Superintendent may designate.
Qualified Evaluators. Qualified evaluators are those who have successfully completed evaluation training and prequalification under Section 24A-3 of the Performance Evaluation Reform Act and as thereafter required. Observations may only be conducted and evaluations may only be given by qualified evaluators. The BOARD shall provide the UNION a list of qualified evaluators on a quarterly basis.

Trainee Evaluators A Trainee Evaluator SHALL have a Trainee Supervisor, who is an Evaluator or a Qualified Evaluator, appointed by the ITSEF. The Trainee Supervisor SHALL take full responsibility for the work of the Trainee. A Trainee Evaluator may perform evaluation work and to write evaluation re- ports under the supervision of the Trainee Supervisor.
