Approval of Contractor’s Staff 7.3.1 County has the absolute right to approve or disapprove all of the Contractor’s staff performing work hereunder and any proposed changes in the Contractor’s staff, including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s Project Manager.
UTILIZATION OF PROP F AND TEMPORARY EXEMPT EMPLOYEES 117. The Human Resources Director agrees to work with City departments to ensure proper utilization of Proposition F and temporary exempt (“as needed”) employees when such positions would more appropriately or efficiently be filled by permanent employees. In addition, the City will notify holdovers in represented classifications of any recruitment for exempt positions in their classifications.
Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.
Promotions Requiring Higher Qualifications Consideration for promotion shall be given to the senior applicant who does not possess the required qualifications but is presently obtaining such qualifications prior to filling the vacancy. At the discretion of the Employer, such an employee may be given a trial period to qualify within a reasonable length of time and will revert to her former position if the required qualifications are not met within such time.
