Qualifications to Serve. A Governing Board Member, or his or her alternate must be duly selected in the manner described in Exhibit B and must be either: an elected official; chief administrative officer; chief law enforcement officer or fire chief from a Principal, or a person directly-reporting to the chief law enforcement officer or fire chief; or in the case of Snohomish County, the Snohomish County Executive or a Snohomish County Executive Director.
