EXECUTION, COUNTERPARTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Agreement may be executed from time to time in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but those counterparts will constitute one and the same instrument. Further, this Agreement may be executed from time to time, without official action of the legislative body of each party hereto, in order to add a new Principal to Snohomish County 911. This Agreement shall be executed from time to time on behalf of each Principal [and Associate Agency] by its duly authorized representative following approval of this Agreement by motion, resolution or ordinance of its legislative authority. This Agreement may be amended as provided herein. This Agreement shall be deemed adopted and effective as of January 1, 2018. This Agreement shall be filed and/or posted as required by chapter 39.34 RCW.
