Common use of Pursuant to Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specified, namely, that the event specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur, subject to the proviso of paragraph (b)(ii) of that Section.

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specified, namely, that the event specified in paragraph (b)(i)(Bc)(i)(B) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur, subject to the proviso of paragraph (b)(iic)(ii) of that Section.

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k01 (h) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specified, namely, that the event events specified in paragraph (b)(i)(Bb) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur, subject to the proviso of paragraph (b)(ii) of that Section.

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k01 (h) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specified, namely, that the any event specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur(a), (b) or (c), subject to the proviso of paragraph (b)(iiii) thereof, of that Sectionthis Agreement shall have occurred.

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k01 (k) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specified, namely, that the event specified in paragraph (b)(i)(Ba) (ii) of Section 5.01 6.01 of this Agreement shall occur, subject to the proviso of paragraph (b)(iib) of that Section.
