Purpose of the Joint Consultation. The purpose of the Joint Consultation Committee is to promote the co-operative resolution of workplace issues, to respond and adapt to changes in business circumstances, to xxxxxx the development of work related skills and to promote workplace productivity. The committee shall have the power to make non-binding recommendations to the Union and the Employer with respect to its discussions and conclusions.
