Purchaser Obligations after Award of Master Agreement. Subsequent to the award of a Master Agreement, a Purchaser is required to engage in the joint Procurement to the extent permitted by the amount of funding approved by that Purchaser’s approving authority for the purchase of the relevant Goods and/or Services for the term of the Master Agreement and a Purchaser shall not purchase Goods and/or Services from any party other than the Supplier during this period. In addition to any other remedies which may be available to Metrolinx, failure to comply with this provision may result in the Province of Ontario withholding any applicable Provincial transit funding as may be applicable.
