PUBLICATION OF THE FINAL REPORT. 31.1.Following acceptance of the Final Report, the Authority may give the right to publish the Final Report to the Service Provider. Such permission shall not preclude the Authority from publishing the Final Report if the Final Report is not published within a reasonable time of the Service Provider receiving permission to do so.
