Publication of decisions. The EFTA Surveillance Authority shall publish in the EEA Section of and the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities a summary notice of the decisions which it takes pursuant to Article 4(2) and (3) and Article 18 in conjunction with Article 19(1)

Publication of decisions. 1. The EFTA Surveillance Authority shall publish in the EEA Section of and the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities a summary notice of the decisions which it takes pursuant to Article 4(28(1) to (6), 14 and (3) and Article 18 15 with the exception of provisional decisions taken in conjunction accordance with Article 19(1)18(2) together with the opinion of the Advisory Committee in the EEA Section of the Official Journal of the European Union.

Publication of decisions. 1. The EFTA Surveillance Authority shall publish in the EEA Section of and the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities a summary notice of the decisions which it takes pursuant to Article 4(2) and (3) and Article 18 2 21 8 in conjunction with Article 19(1)2 31 9(1) of this Chapter. The summary notice shall state that a copy of the decision may be obtained in the authentic language version or versions.
