Public Defender/Alternate Defender Juvenile Advisement On-Call. Separate from the eighty (80) hours as noted in (a) or as listed in (b), (c) and (d) above, an additional eight (8) hours of administrative leave will be granted for the completion of one full week of assigned juvenile on-call duty which includes evenings and weekends. Should an attorney be called to respond and does respond while assigned to juvenile on-call, he/she may be granted an additional eight (8) hours. Attorneys assigned to juvenile on-call shall receive an additional four (4) hours if assigned during a week that includes a legal holiday. No employee shall receive administrative leave under this provision unless assigned and approved by management.

  • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or the ISA to LEA pupils. Upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documentation regarding reports, billing, and/or payment by Medi-Cal or any other agency for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or ISA to LEA pupils.

  • SUBSEQUENT PERIODIC RECRUITMENT During the term of the Contract, the State reserves the right to conduct subsequent future Periodic Recruitments. The purpose of future periodic recruitments will be to:  Add new Lots for additional and/or emerging technologies  Add new Contractors to existing and new Lots OGS will formally announce when a Periodic Recruitment Solicitation is issued. Periodic Recruitments will be issued at the discretion of the OGS. A Contractor shall be required to submit such Submission documentation as required by OGS, which may include additional applicable statutory requirements currently in effect at the time of the Periodic Recruitment.

  • Volunteer Firefighting Leave Leave without pay will be granted when an employee who is a volunteer firefighter is called to duty to respond to a fire, natural disaster or medical emergency.

  • Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion.   • Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S. For purposes of this Contract, a person or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List during the term of the Contract. In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.

  • PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing titled "Pricing Coefficient Instruction" is included in the attachments for your information. The below is an EXAMPLE of how the pricing model works (It is not intended to influence your proposed coefficient, you should propose a coefficient that you determine is reasonable for your business for the life of the contract): The most common after hours coefficient is time and a half of the RS Means Unit Price Book prices.   • Multi-Factor Authentication for Remote Access Transfer Agent shall use multi factor authentication and a secure tunnel, or another strong authentication mechanism, when remotely accessing Transfer Agent’s internal network.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.
