Common use of PUBLIC COMMUNICATION Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. The Contractor shall not issue communications to the media, place advertisements, nor publicize through any means the services, goods or construction that it is providing to WMATA under this Contract, without prior written consent of the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall not publish, in print or online, any communications products such as newsletters, press releases, blogs or other communications without the Contracting Officer's prior, written consent. Approval of any such requests shall be at the Contracting Officer's sole discretion.
