PU ENSION AND WELFARE PLAN CONTRIBUTIONS. (a) The Employer shall make such contributions at rates determined by the actuaries and consultants of the MPIPHP which are based upon the hourly cost per participant of benefits. These rates shall be reviewed and subject to change not more frequently than once per year. The MPIPHP shall give Employers not less than ninety (90) days advance notice of a change in such rates.
