Prudent Operator. 13.1. In undertaking its Services The Company will (a) perform its duties in compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Customer and (b) in good faith and as a reasonably prudent operator exercise such care, skill and diligence as a reasonably prudent business company of established reputation engaged in providing similar Services would exercise in the conduct of its business.
Prudent Operator. Producer and Gatherer shall each perform their obligations under this Agreement in a good, efficient and workmanlike manner, in their best judgment as prudent operators, in conformity with the best practices of the industry and in accordance with all valid and applicable laws, rules, and regulations of governmental authorities. Prudent Operator. After discovery, and subject to the right of relinquishment provided by this Lease, Lessee shall exercise reasonable diligence in drilling, operating, producing and marketing oil and gas from the Leased Premises. Lessee shall conduct drilling and production operations as a prudent operator in accordance with standard industry methods and practices, having due regard for the prevention of waste of oil and gas, the protection of Lessor’s interest with respect to the Leased Premises and the production of oil and gas therefrom; the preservation and conservation of the property and productive strata therein for future operations, the health and safety of workers and employees and such other practices that are recognized within the industry.
Prudent Operator. A. AVIATION agrees to operate the Airport in a prudent manner and to maximize nonairline revenue consistent with its obligations as a public airport sponsor.

Prudent Operator. Lessee will conduct all operations as a prudent owner, and will attempt to secure a timely market for production from a well.

  • Co-operation Each Party acknowledges that this ESA must be approved by the Department and agree that they shall use Commercially Reasonable efforts to cooperate in seeking to secure such approval.
