Common use of Provádění studie Clause in Contracts

Provádění studie. a) The Institution and the Investigator hereby agree to conduct the Study in accordance with this Agreement and the Protocol. The Institution and the Investigator shall also follow PSI’s and/or the Sponsor’s instructions as they relate to the Institution’s and/or the Investigator’s performance under this Agreement. a) Zdravotnické zařízení a Hlavní zkoušející tímto souhlasí, že provedou Studii v souladu s touto Smlouvou a Protokolem. Zdravotnické zařízení a Hlavní zkoušející se budou též řídit pokyny PSI a/nebo Zadavatele týkajícími se plnění Zdravotnického zařízení a/nebo Hlavního zkoušejícího vyplývajícího pro ně z této Smlouvy.
