This Agreement is subject to all existing and applicable state or federal laws provided that, should any change be made in any state or federal laws which would be applicable and contrary to any provision contained herein, such provisions herein contained shall automatically be terminated and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The parties shall thereafter seek to agree upon substitute provisions which are in conformity with acceptable law.
