Any portion of this Agreement which violates any provision of the laws of Minnesota or of the United States, or any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder, either now or hereafter, shall be null and void and without force and effect. If any provision of this Agreement or the application of any such provision under any circumstances is held invalid, it shall not affect any other provisions of this Agreement or the application of such provision under other circumstances.
