PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO LAW. Except as specifically set forth in Section 4117.10(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, this Agreement supersedes and prevails over all statutes of the State of Ohio and all policies, rules, and regulations of the Board and/or administration. However, if any court of competent jurisdiction determines, after all appeals or times for appeal have been exhausted, that any provision herein is unlawful, such provision shall be null and void, but all other provisions of this Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
