Provision of Data General. The Participating Employer agrees to provide to the Trustees, or, in the Trustees' discretion, the Administrative Agent, all information they may reasonably require in order to properly record and process Contributions and to establish and maintain benefit records for each eligible employee, without charge or compensation. All data shall be provided by the Participating Employer electronically, at the time or time(s) required by the Administrative Agent, in a format acceptable to the Administrative Agent using a system that is compatible with the system used by the Administrative Agent.
Request for Quotes 9.1 Customers needing information technology staff augmentation services will create a Request for Quote eQuote event in MFMP Sourcing, each time they desire to solicit information technology staff augmentation services. The Customer shall issue a detailed RFQ that includes a term, service levels, educational qualifications and experience needed.
Provision of Funds (a) GMAC agrees to contribute and deposit in the Certificate Account on behalf of Residential Funding (or otherwise provide to Residential Funding, or to cause to be made available to Residential Funding), either directly or through a subsidiary, in any case prior to the related Distribution Date, such moneys as may be required by Residential Funding to perform its Subordinate Certificate Loss Obligation when and as the same arises from time to time upon the demand of the Trustee in accordance with Section 12.01 of the Servicing Agreement.
Provision of the Service Okta provides the Service to Customer under the Agreement. In connection with the Service, the parties anticipate that Okta may Process Customer Data that contains Personal Data relating to Data Subjects.
Provision of Service NYISO will provide Developer with interconnection service of the following type for the term of this Agreement.
Provision of Security At least thirty (30) Calendar Days prior to the commencement of the procurement, installation, or construction of a discrete portion of a Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, Developer shall provide Connecting Transmission Owner, at Developer’s option, a guarantee, a surety bond, letter of credit or other form of security that is reasonably acceptable to Connecting Transmission Owner and is consistent with the Uniform Commercial Code of the jurisdiction identified in Article 14.2.1 of this Agreement. Such security for payment shall be in an amount sufficient to cover the cost for the Developer’s share of constructing, procuring and installing the applicable portion of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, and shall be reduced on a dollar-for-dollar basis for payments made to Connecting Transmission Owner for these purposes. In addition:

Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with:
Suspension of Solicitation; Amendment or Supplement NIB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to instruct the Agents to suspend at any time, for any period of time or permanently, the solicitation of orders to purchase Book-Entry Notes. Upon receipt of such instructions, the Agents will forthwith suspend solicitation until such time as NIB has advised them that such solicitation may be resumed. In the event that at the time NIB suspends solicitation of purchases there shall be any orders outstanding for settlement, NIB will promptly advise the Agents and the Fiscal Agent whether such orders may be settled and whether copies of the Prospectus as in effect at the time of the suspension, together with the appropriate Pricing Supplement, or 144A Prospectus, as applicable, may be delivered in connection with the settlement of such orders. NIB will have the sole responsibility for such decision and for any arrangements that may be made in the event that NIB determines that such orders may not be settled or that copies of such Prospectus or 144A Prospectus may not be so delivered. In the case of Registered Notes only, if NIB decides to amend or supplement the Registration Statement (as defined in the Selling Agency Agreement) or the Prospectus, it will promptly advise the Agents and furnish the Agents with the proposed amendment or supplement and with such certificates and opinions as are required, all to the extent required by and in accordance with the terms of the Selling Agency Agreement. Subject to the provisions of the Selling Agency Agreement, NIB may file with the Commission any such supplement to the Prospectus relating to the Notes. NIB will provide the Agents and the Fiscal Agent with copies of any such supplement, and confirm to the Agents that such supplement has been filed with the Commission pursuant to the applicable paragraph of Rule 424(b). In the case of 144A Notes only, if NIB decides to amend or supplement a 144A Prospectus, it will promptly advise the Agents and furnish the Agents with the proposed amendment or supplement and with such certificates and opinions as are required, all to the extent required by and in accordance with the terms of the Selling Agency Agreement.
Exclusion of Warranty The Landlord does not warrant or represent that the Premises may be used for the Permitted Use or for any other purpose.
