Common use of Provision of Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Professional Services. Unless otherwise set forth in an Ordering Document, none of the Professional Services will take place physically at any of your facilities, and all Professional Services will be conducted either at our facilities or via telephone, web conference, email or other form of electronic communication or connection that we determine. We may also use subcontractors to provide the Professional Services though we will remain responsible for their performance. The projected start date for Professional Services will be provided in the Ordering Document.
