Use Verification. During the Subscription Term, PROS will have the right, at its own expense, to monitor the use of the Subscription Service for purposes of measuring and reporting on usage, and Customer will respond to any reasonable inquiries from PROS to assess the Scope.
Use Verification. ServiceNow or Reseller may remotely review Customer’s use of the Subscription Service, and on ServiceNow or Reseller’s written request, Customer will provide reasonable assistance to verify Customer’s compliance with the Agreement, and access to and use of the Subscription Service. If ServiceNow or Reseller determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted access and use rights to the Subscription Service, ServiceNow will notify Customer and within 30 days thereafter Customer shall either: (a) disable any unpermitted use, or (b) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with Customer’s actual use.
Use Verification. PROS may monitor use of the Subscription Service to verify compliance with Scope, and to report on User adoption and SLA compliance. Customer will respond to any reasonable inquiries from PROS to assess the Scope.
Use Verification. MobiChord may verify Customer’s compliance with the Agreement. If MobiChord determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted use of the Subscription Service, then MobiChord will notify Customer and within thirty (30) days thereafter Customer shall either: (i) disable any unpermitted use or (ii) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with Customer’s actual use.

Assimil8 may remotely review your use of the Subscription Service, DQG RQ $VVLPLO ¶V ZULWWHQ UHTXHVW \RX ZLO compliance with the Agreement, and access to and use of the Subscription Service. If Assimil8 determines that you have exceeded your permitted access and use rights to the Subscription Service, Assimil8 will notify you and within 30 days thereafter you shall either:

Kensu may remotely review Customer’s use of the Subscription Service, and on Kensu or Reseller’s written request, Customer will provide reasonable assistance to verify Customer’s compliance with the Agreement, and access to and use of the Subscription Service. If Kensu determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted access and use rights to the Subscription Service, Kensu will notify Customer and within 30 days thereafter Customer shall either: (a) disable any unpermitted use, or (b) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with Customer’s actual use
Use Verification. | Cutover may remotely review Customer’s use of the Subscription Service and, on Cutover’s written request, Customer will provide reasonable assistance to verify Customer’s and its Users’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement. If Cutover determines that Customer has exceeded its purchased Subscription Limits or other access and use rights, Cutover will notify Customer and within ten (10) days of a notice to do so, Customer shall either: (i) disable any unpermitted use, or (ii) purchase additional Subscription Limits or other add-ons to the Cutover Services commensurate with Customer’s actual use. If Customer fails to comply within the stated timeframe, Cutover shall be entitled to immediately disable the unpermitted use over and above the purchased Subscription Limits or other access and use rights, and shall have no liability to Customer under this Agreement or otherwise for such actions. Disablement will occur on the basis of “last in, first out” in terms of the removal of User logins, runbooks, workspaces and other Subscription Limits, access and use rights.
