Common use of Provision of Medical Education Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Medical Education Services. 17.6.1 In case the Concessionaire undertakes Optional Development subject to and in accordance with terms hereof, the Concessionaire shall provide medical education and training to Students ("Medical Education Services"). The Concessionaire shall operate the Medical College and provide the Medical Education Services, in accordance with the requirements of MCI or equivalent authority and all Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.
