Provider’s Nutrition Service Operations. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure that the nutrition service operations of the provider meet the requirements of this contract, as well as any other applicable regulations and policies prescribed by the current DOEA Programs and Services Handbook, USDHHS, USDA, DOH and local health departments, DBPR, or any other agency designated to inspect meal quality for the State.
