NSIP Sample Clauses

The NSIP (Non-Standard Intellectual Property) clause defines how intellectual property that does not fall under standard categories is handled within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the ownership, use, and licensing rights for custom-developed materials, proprietary software, or unique inventions created during the course of a project. By clearly specifying the treatment of such non-standard IP, the clause helps prevent disputes over rights and ensures both parties understand their entitlements and obligations regarding these specialized assets.
