NSIP Sample Clauses
The NSIP (Non-Standard Intellectual Property) clause defines how intellectual property that does not fall under standard categories is handled within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the ownership, use, and licensing rights for custom-developed materials, proprietary software, or unique inventions created during the course of a project. NSIP. Meals served to an elderly individual, funded in whole or in part under the SMMC LTC, Home Care for the Elderly, Community Care for the Elderly Programs, or other means tested programs may not be included in the NSIP count. OAA-funded congregate meals provided to SMMC LTC clients may be included in the NSIP count.
NSIP i. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to adhere by the Kansas Department on Aging Field Services Manual in addition to the approved four-year area plan.
ii. NSIP is used exclusively to purchase food, not meal preparation and may not be used to pay for other nutrition-related services such as nutrition education or for state or local administrative costs.
