Protective Vest Sample Clauses

The Protective Vest clause establishes requirements for the use of protective vests in certain activities or environments, typically to ensure the safety of individuals involved. This clause may specify the types of vests that must be worn, the situations in which they are mandatory—such as during construction work, sporting events, or hazardous operations—and the standards these vests must meet. By mandating the use of protective vests, the clause aims to minimize the risk of injury and ensure compliance with safety regulations, thereby protecting both individuals and organizations from harm and potential liability.
