Protective Safeguards and Physical Environment. You agree to maintain throughout the Agreement Period of this Agreement such protective safeguards as were in existence at the time of or installed subsequent to the first effective date of this Agreement. Upon discovery of a Precipitating Condition, which may give rise to a claim under this agreement, You must take all reasonable steps within Your power to minimize the extent of Loss. You further agree to take due care to maintain a physical environment (levels of temperature, humidity, dust, etc.) in keeping with the manufacturer’s recommendation for the Covered Property.
