PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT. 13A.01 Protective clothing and safety equipment shall be provided by the Employer as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations thereto, at no cost to the Employee. 13A.02 Where the Employer determines that steel-toed safety footwear should be provided, the Employer shall either provide the actual steel-toed safety footwear or reimburse each eligible Employee the cost of such footwear up to a maximum of one hundred and seventy dollars ($170.00) every two (2) years.
