Protections. Plan Holder shall hold Confidential Information confidential to the maximum extent permitted by law. Plan Holder shall safeguard Confidential Information with at least the same level of care and security, using all reasonable and necessary security measures, devices and procedures that Plan Holder uses to maintain its own confidential information.
