Wherever the term. LESSOR" is used in this Lease in relation to any of the provisions relating to disclaimer, title and registration, indemnity and insurance contained in Articles 8, 13, 16 and 17, respectively, or with respect to Article 20.2.7, the term "LESSOR" will be deemed to include LESSOR's Assignee and LESSOR's Lender, if applicable. For avoidance of doubt, in the event of LESSOR's sale or financing of the Aircraft, the disclaimer and indemnity provisions contained in Articles 8 and 16 will continue to be applicable after the sale or assignment to International Lease Finance Corporation, as well as being applicable to LESSOR's Assignee and LESSOR's Lender.

Wherever the term. Specification" is used apart from a specified standard specification, it shall mean the specification or plan prepared for a particular item as instructed to the contractor in executing that item of work.
Wherever the term. “Arbitrator” is referred to in the Agreement, the parties may mutually agree in writing to substitute an Arbitrator for an Arbitration Board at the time of reference to arbitration. In such case, the party referring the grievance to arbitration will provide the name of its nominee to the other party at the same time the notice of arbitration is sent to the other party. Within five (5) working days thereafter, the other party shall name a nominee, provided, however, that if such party fails to name a nominee as herein required, the Minister of Labour for the Province of Ontario shall have the power to effect such appointment upon application by the party invoking the arbitration procedure. The two nominees shall attempt to select by agreement a chair of the Arbitration Board. If they are unable to agree upon such a chair within a period of fourteen (14) working days, they shall then request the Minister of Labour for the Province of Ontario to appoint a chair. No person who has assisted in the negotiation of this agreement, or any renewal thereof, may be appointed to such Board of Arbitration. Each of the parties will bear the expense of the nominee appointed by them and the parties will share equally the fees and expenses, if any, of the chair of the Arbitration Board. All provisions referring to a sole Arbitrator shall appropriately apply.
Wherever the term appropriate Director of the Department in which the employee works" is used in this Agreement, it will refer, in the case of Plant Operations to the Director, Maintenance & Utilities, Director of Custodial and Grounds Services and in the case of Food Services to the Director of Food Services. It is understood that position titles of management may change from time to time. It is agreed that the University will notify the Union of any such changes and it is further agreed that these changes will not alter the interpretation of this agreement in any way.

For avoidance of doubt, in the event of Lessor’s sale or financing of the Aircraft, the disclaimer and indemnity provisions contained in Articles 7 and 15 will continue to be applicable after the sale or assignment to Arrendadora Financiera Inbursa, S.A. de C.V. Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Multiple, Entidad Regulada, Grupo Financiero Inbursa or any successors and permitted assigns thereof, as well as being applicable to Lessor’s Assignee from and after the date when such Lessor’s Assignee shall become “Lessor” hereunder and to Lessor’s Lender for the period during which it was “Lessor’s Lender” hereunder.

LESSOR" is used in this Lease in relation to any of the provisions relating to disclaimer, title and registration, indemnity and insurance contained in Articles 8, 14, 17 and 18, respectively, or with respect to Article 20.2.3, the term "LESSOR" will be deemed to include LESSOR's Assignee and LESSOR's Lender, if applicable. Provided LESSOR's assignee meets the requirement of this Article 24, LESSEE will acknowledge and accept LESSOR's Assignee as the new "LESSOR" under this Lease and (except in accordance with Article 24.2.2(d)) will look solely to LESSOR's Assignee for the performance of all LESSOR obligations and covenants under this Lease arising on and after the Aircraft sale date.
