Common use of Protection Clause in Contracts

Protection. The Receiving Party agrees to keep confidential all Confidential Information disclosed to it by the Disclosing Party, and to protect the confidentiality thereof in the same manner as it protects the confidentiality of its own, but in any event with no less than reasonable care.

The Receiving Party agrees to receiving party will keep confidential all the disclosing party’s Confidential Information disclosed confidential on the terms hereof and exercise at least the same degree of care with respect to it by the Disclosing Partydisclosing party’s Confidential Information that the receiving party exercises to protect its own Confidential Information of a similar nature, and to protect the confidentiality thereof in the same manner as it protects the confidentiality of its own, but in any event with event, no less than reasonable care. The receiving party will only use and disclose the disclosing party’s Confidential Information to the extent permitted in these Conditions.

Protection. The Receiving Party agrees will use no less than a reasonable standard of care to keep confidential all safeguard the Confidential Information disclosed to it by received from the Disclosing Party, . The Receiving Party will only use the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party: (a) to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under this Agreement; or (b) as otherwise required by law. Box Personnel with access to protect the Customer Confidential Information shall at all times be subject to confidentiality thereof in the same manner as it protects the confidentiality of its own, but in any event with obligations no less restrictive than reasonable carethose in this Agreement.

The Receiving Party will only use and disclose the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information to the extent permitted in these Conditions and the Agreement.

The Receiving Party will use the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party only to protect exercise rights and perform obligations under this Agreement or any Addenda. Confidential Information of the confidentiality thereof in Disclosing Party will be disclosed only to those employees and contractors of the same manner as it protects the confidentiality of its own, but in any event Receiving Party with no less than reasonable carea need to know such information.
