Scope of Application to Parties The Participating Generator and CAISO acknowledge that all Generators, except those specified in Section 2.2.1 of this Agreement, wishing to submit Bids to the CAISO through a Scheduling Coordinator must sign this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.6 of the CAISO Tariff.
RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.
Relation to other Chapters 1. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted to impose any obligation on a Party regarding its immigration measures, except as specifically identified in this Chapter, and Chapters 1 (Initial Provisions), Chapter 8 (Trade in Services), Chapter 13 (Transparency), Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement), Chapter 15 (Dispute Settlement), Chapter 16 (Exceptions) and Chapter 17 (Final Provisions). 2. Authorization to Release Information By execution of this Agreement, the Resident, Resident Representative and Sponsor authorize the Facility to release to government agencies, insurance carriers or others who could be financially liable for any medical care provided to the Resident, all information needed to secure and substantiate payment for such medical care and to permit representatives thereof to examine and copy all records relating to such care.
Certification Regarding Entire TIPS Agreement for Part 1 and Part 2 Contracts 5 This is a two part solicitation. Part 1 is solicited for TIPS sales that are not considered a "public work" construction project. Part 1 permits the sale of goods and non-construction/non-"public work" services such as maintenance and minor repairs. Part 2 Job Order Contract (JOC) is solicited for projects considered by your TIPS Member Customers to be a "public work" construction project. The determination of whether or not a TIPS sale amounts to a "public work" construction project requiring a Part 2 JOC contract is made by the TIPS Member Customer at the time of each TIPS sale. Thus, Vendors are encouraged to respond to both Parts 1 and 2 in case your TIPS Member Customers require that a sale be made under one Part or the other. However, responding to both Parts is not required. If Vendor responds and is awarded to both Parts, Vendor will have one contract for Part 1 and a separate contract for Part 2.

Relation to Other Agreements 1. The Parties reaffirm their rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement or any other agreements to which both Parties are parties.
INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.
Information Transfer and Storage Supplier will use Industry Standard encryption to encrypt Accenture Data that is in transit. Supplier will also use Industry Standard encryption to restrict access to Accenture Data stored on physical media that is transported outside of Supplier facilities.
