Common use of Proposal Review Clause in Contracts

Proposal Review. Subsequent to the pre-qualification of prospective contractors and/or construction managers, Lakes shall conduct a review of responsive proposals for the construction of the Project, and Lakes shall recommend to the Band a well-qualified construction manager, contractor and/or contractors. The recommended contractor, contractors and/or construction manager shall be subject to the approval of the Pokagon Council, shall be properly licensed in the State of Michigan, and shall be capable of furnishing a payment and performance bond satisfactory to the Business Board to cover the construction for which the contractor, contractors and/or construction manager may be retained.
