Common use of Proper Training Clause in Contracts

Proper Training. Any employee required to work on a job and/or operate any piece of equipment shall receive proper training at the Employer's expense to ensure the health and safety of the employee and/or the safe operation of the equipment. Also, the Employer will not unduly refuse any employee leave for training and instruction not available on-the-job which further ensures the health and safety of the employees and the safe operation of equipment.
