Common use of PROPAGANDA Clause in Contracts

PROPAGANDA. The Union and its members shall refrain from any propaganda which may be detrimental to the character or reputation of the Company, its directors or supervisory staff. The Company, its directors or supervisory staff shall refrain from any propaganda which may be detrimental to the character or reputation of the Union, its officers and members. However, it is mutually agreed that neither the Company nor the Union will be held responsible for the actions of an employee as an individual.

HoweverIn these respects, it is mutually agreed recognized that neither the Company nor the Union will and the Company, as bodies, shall not be held responsible for the actions of an employee as an individualindividual employees.
