Proof of Carriage of Insurance and Other Requirements: Endorsements and Certificates. Contractor shall not commence Work nor shall it allow any Subcontractor to commence Work under the Agreement, until Contractor and its Subcontractor(s) have procured all required insurance and Contractor has delivered in duplicate to the District complete endorsements (or entire insurance policies) and certificates indicating the required coverages have been obtained, and the District has approved these documents.
