Common use of PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE Clause in Contracts

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Owner & the Promoter executes execute this Agreement he Agreement, they shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building and Apartment and, if any any, such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding not withstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building residential unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Buildingresidential unit.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Row House or the Town House Unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/BuildingRow House or the Town House Unit.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement save and except as may be required to obtain construction finance, he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Designated Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything any contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Designated Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Parties execute this Agreement, neither the Seller nor the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created created, then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/BuildingUnit.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Row House / Bungalow, and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/BuildingRow House / Bungalow.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee Allottees who has have taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he Promoters issue the Possession letter in favour of the Allottee, they shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he it shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Designated Unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything any contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take purchase such Apartment/Plot/BuildingDesignated Unit.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not create any further mortgage or create a charge and /or charges on the Apartment/Plot/Building said Apartment (excluding existing charges) and if any such mortgage or charge is further made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building said [Apartment/ Building] and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or for charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee Allottee(s) who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/[Apartment/ Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement Agreement, he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building particular Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in if any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee Allottees who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Buildingapartment.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he Agreement, it shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement save and except as disclosed herein or as may be required to obtain construction finance, he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Said Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Said Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the [Apartment/Plot/Building Building] and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such [Apartment/Plot/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement it/he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/PlotBuilding/Building Buildings and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building [Apartment /Plot/ Building] and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being being" in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such [Apartment/Plot/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes Promoters execute this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he Agreement, the Promoter shall not mortgage or create a separate charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building this Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. 19.1 After the Promoter executes this Agreement he Agreement, they shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Said Apartment/Plot/Building and , and, if any any, such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding not withstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building said Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee Allottee/s who has taken or agreed to take such said Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/said Apartment/ Space / Building and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained anythingcontained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or for charge shall not affect the affectthe right and interest of the Allottee Allottee(s) who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Apartment/ Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the ApartmentIndustrial/Plot/Building commercial plot and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such ApartmentIndustrial/Plotcommercial plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he save and except as may be required to obtain construction finance, the Promoter shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building said Row Bungalow and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/BuildingRow Bungalow.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building said Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or for charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee Allottees who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter DEVELOPER executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Said Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee ALLOTTEE who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the ApartmentRow house/Plot/Building bungalow and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such ApartmentRow house/Plot/Buildingbungalow.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such [Apartment/Plot/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the [Apartment/Plot/Building Building] and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee Allottee(s) who has taken or agreed to take such [Apartment/Plot/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Unit and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/BuildingUnit. During the period of construction or before that, the promoter may obtain construction Finance but without creating any liability on Allottee.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement save and except as disclosed herein or as may be required to obtain construction finance, he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Said Bungalow and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/BuildingBungalow.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter Promoters executes this Agreement he they shall not mortgage or create a separate charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building this Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building [Apartment/ Building] and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such [Apartment/Plot/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he Agreement, the Promoter shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created prior to the sale and purchase of the Apartment under this Agreement, then notwithstanding Promoter shall secure release of the Apartment from such mortgage or charge. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in forceforce and until the Promoter secures release of the Apartment from the mortgage or charge, such that mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee Purchaser(s) who has taken or agreed to take such purchase the Apartment/Plot/Building.

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter executes this Agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building , and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee who has taken or agreed to take such [Apartment/Plot/Building].

PROMOTER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE A CHARGE. After the Promoter The promoter executes this Agreement agreement he shall not mortgage or create a charge on the Apartment/Plot/Building apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottee allottee who has taken or agreed to take such Apartment/Plot/Buildingapartment.
