Common use of Project Specification Clause in Contracts

Project Specification. 2.1 The Parties [have agreed upon the Project Specification which is attached hereto in Schedule 1] OR [shall agree upon the Project Specification within <<insert period>> of the Commencement Date]. 2.2 The Project Specification shall set out, in full, the Services required by the Client. 2.3 Either Party may request or propose amendments to the Project Specification. Any proposed amendments must be made in writing. If either Party wishes to discuss such issues at a meeting that Party shall provide at least <<insert period>> notice of the meeting to the other Party.

If the Project Specification is agreed prior to the date of the Agreement, it shall be attached thereto. 2.2 3.2 The Project Specification shall set out, in full, the Services required by the ClientCustomer. 2.3 3.3 Either Party may request or propose amendments to the Project Specification. Any proposed amendments must be made in writing. If either Party wishes to discuss such issues at a meeting that Party shall provide at least <<insert period>> 48 hours’ notice of the meeting to the other Party.
