PROJECT RULES. 1. It is agreed that project rules and regulations will be limited to safety and security and will be prepared and distributed among the workers on the job by the Contractor. It is also agreed that such rules shall not conflict with or contravene the terms of this Agreement. 2. It is further agreed that violation of these project rules and regulations is direct and just cause for disciplinary action, including immediate discharge, subject to Article VII β
