Project Performance Metrics. The goal of this subtask is to identify key performance targets for the project. The performance targets should be a combination of scientific, engineering, techno-economic, and/or programmatic metrics that provide the most significant indicator of the research or technology’s potential success. • Complete and submit the draft Project Performance Metrics Questionnaire to the CAM prior to the Kick-off Meeting. • Present the draft Project Performance Metrics Questionnaire at the first TAC meeting to solicit input and comments from the TAC members. • Develop and submit a TAC Performance Metrics Summary that summarizes comments received from the TAC members on the proposed project performance metrics. The TAC Performance Metrics Summary will identify: o TAC comments the recipient proposes to incorporate into the final Project Performance Metrics Questionnaire. o TAC comments the recipient does not propose to incorporate with and explanation why. • Submit a final Project Performance Metrics Questionnaire with incorporated TAC feedback. • Develop and submit a Project Performance Metrics Results document describing the extent to which the recipient met each of the performance metrics in the final Project Performance Metrics Questionnaire. • Discuss the final Project Performance Metrics Questionnaire and Project Performance Metrics Results at the Final Meeting.
