Project Leader. Roche and Dexcom shall each designate a “Project Leader” for each Statement of Work who shall be the principal point of contact for all matters relating to such Statement of Work. The Project Leader designated by a Party for a Statement of Work may be changed by written notice to the other Party to such Statement of Work.
