Project Completion Summary. The Recipient must submit to the Department not later than 30 days after the Term expires a Final Report in respect of the Project and its expenditure of the Grant, for the Department’s written approval (or otherwise). However, if the Student Agreement, or this Agreement, is terminated prior to the expiry of the Term, the Recipient must submit the Final Report to the Department not later than 30 days after the Student Agreement, or this Agreement, is terminated (as the case may be), whichever is the earlier. The Final Report shall be on the template provided by the Department in accordance with Item 6 of the Schedule. The reporting of progress will be consistent with the Project and the Project Plan. The Department will review the financial and non-financial performance set out in the Final Report, including against the Project Plan and the objectives of the Program. If, in the reasonable opinion of the Department, the Final Report is deemed inadequate, the Recipient must promptly provide such further information as the State may require to the satisfaction of the Department
