Project and Document Controls. The Consultant will prepare earned value controls providing a method to track schedule and cost (SPI and CPI) and report status to the Client. All project related e-mails will contain a proper subject heading referring to the Project for ease of retrieval and searching and will be stored on WSP’s secure Outlook platform. The Consultant will facilitate payroll certifications; facilitate Certificates of Insurance; establish invoicing guidelines and timeline with Subconsultant(s); develop budgets together with the Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager; complete budget analysis with Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager; enter/maintain budgets in WSP’s Oracle system; prepare Purchase Order & entry in WSP’s Oracle system; review monthly subconsultants invoices; provide weekly cost reporting; provide monthly maintenance- forecasting spending, attend monthly project reviews, and budget changes; close out project, tasks, & purchase orders.

  • Paper Document Controls In order to comply with the following paper document controls, the Contractor agrees to: A. Dispose of Medi-Cal PII in paper form through confidential means, such as cross cut shredding and pulverizing. B. Not remove Medi-Cal PII from the premises of the Contractor except for identified routine business purposes or with express written permission of DHCS. C. Not leave faxes containing Medi-Cal PII unattended and keep fax machines in secure areas. The Contractor shall ensure that faxes contain a confidentiality statement notifying persons receiving faxes in error to destroy them. Contractor personnel shall verify fax numbers with the intended recipient before sending. D. Use a secure, bonded courier with signature of receipt when sending large volumes of Medi-Cal PII. The Contractor shall ensure that disks and other transportable media sent through the mail are encrypted using a vendor product that is recognized as an industry leader in meeting the needs for the intended solution, such as products specified on the CSSI.

  • Agreement Controls The terms and conditions of this Master Agreement control over the terms and conditions contained in an Approved Service Order – even if the Approved Service Order expressly states that it is intended to control. Any conflicting terms and conditions in an Approved Service Order are invalid and unenforceable.

  • Plan Document Controls The rights granted under this Agreement are in all respects subject to the provisions set forth in the Plan to the same extent and with the same effect as if set forth fully in this Agreement. If the terms of this Agreement conflict with the terms of the Plan document, the Plan document will control.

  • Project Documents In addition to any other pertinent and necessary Project documents, the following documents shall be used in the development of the Project: A. TxDOT 2011 Texas Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, including latest revisions B. Texas Department of Transportation's Standard Specifications for Construction of Highways, Streets, and Bridges, 2014 or 2024, as applicable and as amended

  • Project Agreements Provided that where the company commences work on a project where a site agreement exists to which the company is contractually obligated or where a site agreement exists between the union and the client or their agent that provides for higher rates of pay and conditions, the conditions contained in any such site agreement will take precedence over this Agreement for the duration of the project.
