Prohibition on Providing Federal Funds to ACORN. Funds paid to NELNET under this Agreement may not be provided to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, allied organizations or successors. NELNET certifies that NELNET is not an affiliate, subsidiary, allied organization, or successor of ACORN.
Prohibition on Providing Federal Funds to ACORN. The Subrecipient assures that these funds will not be provided to the Association of Community Organizations for RAFT ADDITIONAL STATUTORY COMPLIANCE; LAWS, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS In addition to other regulations, laws or policies referred herein, the Subrecipient shall comply with all of the following, as each or any such order, law, regulation or requirement may be revised or amended by the source of its authority from time to time, as applicable:
