Common use of PROHIBITED GOODS AND SERVICES Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITED GOODS AND SERVICES. MERCHANT must accept the Card as payment for goods and services sold (other than those goods and services prohibited under the subsection below), or (if applicable) for charitable contributions made, at all of its Establishments, except as expressly permitted by state statute. MERCHANT is jointly and severally liable for the obligations of MERCHANT’S Establishments under the Agreement. MERCHANT must not accept the Card to verify a cardholder’s age or for any of the following:
