Common use of Prohibited Content Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Content. You are prohibited from uploading or otherwise posting any prohibited or illegal content, which includes any of the following content (as determined by us in our sole discretion) (“Prohibited Content”): 3.2.1. consists of criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, or the theft/infringement of intellectual property; 3.2.2. is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; 3.2.3. harasses or advocates harassment of another person; 3.2.4. exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; 3.2.5. contains nudity, violence, subject matter which violates contemporary community standards for decency or contains a link to an adult website; 3.2.6. solicits personal information from anyone under 18; 3.2.7. provides personal information, pictures, photographs, licenses, biographical information, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, or email addresses of any individual without that individual’s prior written consent; 3.2.8. promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous; 3.2.9. involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming”, or “spamming”; 3.2.10. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities; 3.2.11. interferes with, disrupts, or creates an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services; 3.2.12. is an attempt to impersonate another person; 3.2.13. is an unauthorized use of another person’s Account, username, or password; and/or; 3.2.14. uses the Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Services, terminating the Account of such violator(s) and notifying the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Prohibited Content. You are prohibited from uploading Customer shall not, and shall not permit any Named User to, use the Hosted Service to display, upload, store, post, submit, reproduce, distribute, process or otherwise posting any prohibited transmit, or illegal content, which includes any permit use of the following content Hosted Service to display, store, distribute, process or transmit any Content that, in the reasonable discretion of IGLOO: (as determined by us in our sole discretiona) (“Prohibited Content”): 3.2.1. consists of criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, or the theft/infringement of intellectual property; 3.2.2. is patently offensive and or promotes or otherwise incites racism, bigotry, hatred, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; 3.2.3. (b) harasses or advocates harassment of another personPerson; 3.2.4. (c) exploits or promotes exploitation of people in a sexual or violent manner; 3.2.5. (d) constitutes obscenity, contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter which violates contemporary community standards for decency or contains a link links to an adult website; 3.2.6. (e) solicits or is designed to solicit personal information from anyone under 18age 13; 3.2.7. provides personal information, pictures, photographs, licenses, biographical information, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, (f) solicits or email addresses of any individual without that individual’s prior written consentis designed to solicit an inappropriate or unlawful relationship with another Person; 3.2.8. promotes information that you know (g) is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, defamatory or libelous; 3.2.9. involves the transmission (h) constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of “junk mail”another Person's copyrighted work, “chain letters”such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or unsolicited mass mailingproviding pirated music, instant messaging, “spimming”, video or “spamming”links to pirated music or video files; 3.2.10. furthers (i) furthers, promotes or promotes depicts any illegal or criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activitiesactivities including making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; or (j) violates or attempts to violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any Person; 3.2.11. interferes with, disrupts, (k) constitutes a criminal offence or creates an undue burden on otherwise engages in or assists others to engage in any criminal offence; or (l) gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates the Services rights or assists others to violate the networks rights of IGLOO or services connected to the Services; 3.2.12. is an attempt to impersonate another person; 3.2.13. is an unauthorized use of another person’s Account, username, or password; and/or; 3.2.14. uses the Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Services, terminating the Account of such violator(s) and notifying the appropriate law enforcement agenciesthird party.

(e) solicits or is designed to solicit personal information from anyone under 18age 13; 3.2.7. provides personal information, pictures, photographs, licenses, biographical information, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, (f) solicits or email addresses of any individual without that individual’s prior written consentis designed to solicit an inappropriate or unlawful relationship with another Person; 3.2.8. promotes information that you know (g) is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, defamatory or libelous; 3.2.9. involves the transmission (h) constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of “junk mail”another Person's copyrighted work, “chain letters”such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or unsolicited mass mailingproviding pirated music, instant messaging, “spimming”, video or “spamming”links to pirated music or video files; 3.2.10. furthers (i) furthers, promotes or promotes depicts any illegal or criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activitiesactivities including making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; or (j) violates or attempts to violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any Person; 3.2.11. interferes with, disrupts, (k) constitutes a criminal offence or creates an undue burden on from otherwise engaging in or assisting others to engage in any criminal offence; or (l) gives rise to civil liability or from otherwise violating the Services rights or assisting others to violate the networks rights of IGLOO or services connected to the Services; 3.2.12. is an attempt to impersonate another person; 3.2.13. is an unauthorized use of another person’s Account, username, or password; and/or; 3.2.14. uses the Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Services, terminating the Account of such violator(s) and notifying the appropriate law enforcement agenciesthird party.
